NEW in 2024: The 2024 Golf Scramble is at a new location, just a 15-minute drive from the Marriott Marquis! Golf Scramble attendees will arrange their own rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or drive to the golf course, as bus transportation will not be provided for this event.  

Attendance is limited, and an RSVP is required - walk-ins will not be accommodated. Contact our team to inquire about available spots, rental clubs, or parking passes. 

  • 9:00 – 10:00 AM Attendee Arrival, Registration, and Breakfast at Memorial Park
  • 10:00 AM Shot-gun Start
  • 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Scramble Play

  • 9 – 10 AM Registration and Check-In: Participants gather for check-in, breakfast, warm-up, and a brief welcome from tournament officials. Any last-minute announcements or reminders are shared before the start of the tournament.
    • Breakfast is Available before the shotgun start located in the Clubhouse
    • Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar at Breakfast, Sponsored by Western Alliance Bank 
  • 10 AM - 3 PM Scramble Play: 
    • 10 AM Shotgun Start 
    • 12 PM Grab & Go Lunch: located at the Snack Station on the Golf Course
    • Bar Cart Sponsored by Bank of Houston 
    • Mulligans and golf balls will be sold at registration and on the course.  All proceeds will be donated to the Guatemala SANA Foundation.
  • 3 – 3:30 PM Scorecard Drop-off: 
    • Prizes & Awards: Instead of holding a separate awards ceremony this year, we'll present prizes and trophies during the conference on June 18th. Trophies will be awarded for first, second, and third-place foursomes, as well as for the longest drive, closest to the pin, and other achievements. We're looking forward to celebrating with you all!  


Yes, Carts are Provided.
No walking spectators, we will have a very limited number of extra carts for sponsors and select individuals to ride the course during play.
Yes, participants are typically required to adhere to a dress code. This may include collared shirts, tailored pants or shorts, and golf shoes.
In the event of inclement weather, the tournament may be delayed or canceled. Updates regarding weather-related changes will be communicated to participants via email or text message. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
No, there won't be a designated practice round before the tournament. Should you wish to play before June 17, please do so on your own time.

Yes, complimentary water stations and refreshments will be available at various points throughout the course. Additionally, food and beverage options may be available for purchase at the clubhouse or designated areas.

Attendees will be sent a one-day parking pass to use during the event if they wish to drive their own vehicle.  All other players will be expected to arrange their own rideshare (Uber/Lyft) if they do not wish to drive their own vehicle. Memorial Park is only 15 minutes from the Marriott Marquis!
