- Several sessions will also cover corresponding ethics issues. Attendees will receive 14-17 hours of CLE, including 3 hours of ethics, pending approval in most states.
*Attention New York Attorneys. A new CLE requirement effective July 1, 2023 will require one of your four ethics hours to be in “cybersecurity, privacy and data protection.” If you register for The Lanier Trial Academy 8.0, you will be able to satisfy ALL of your CLE needs in one conference.
